Providing advice to the general public on training for a socially acceptable dog, general dog training problems and their needs to ensure pet dogs are happy, healthy and a pleasure to own whilst promoting the use of reward based training.
Being able to take her dog training to the next level made her more interested to learn new skills and gain a wider understanding of different breeds, their own characteristics and natural talents and that is the excuse she uses when she brings home another little bundle to add to the pack.
Maura knows each dog is different, even within a breed, and this means you really need to understand a wide variety of training techniques to bring out the best in each dog. As always this comes with patience using positive reward training, time, consistency and above all commitment from owner and handler.
